The present invention relates to a crutch having an auxiliary support unit. The crutch comprises: an upper frame (100) which is formed with left and right frames (110, 120) and has a handle (130) installed between the left and right frames (110, 120) a lower frame (200) whose interval becomes narrow between the left and right frames (110, 120) of the upper frame (100) and a support unit (300) which is installed in the lower side of the lower frame (200). An auxiliary handle (140) is installed in the lower part of the handle (130) and an auxiliary support unit (150) operated by the auxiliary handle (140) is further provided in the lower frame (200).
