A method of rapidly determining content of contrast medium [123I] Epidepride of dopamine D2 receptor for SPECT and its precursor Sn-Epidepride is disclosed. It is an analysis method for analyzing the content of contrast medium [123I] Epidepride of dopamine D2 receptor for SPECT and its precursor Sn-Epidepride by utilizing high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis technique the inventtion also provides a high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) analysis technique, and a method of determining the content of contrast medium [123I] Epidepride of dopamine D2 receptor for single-photon emission computed tomography imaging machine (SPECT) and its precursor Sn-Epidepride.一種快速測定多巴胺D2受體SPECT造影劑[123I]依匹必利(Epidepride)與其前驅物Sn-依匹必利含量的方法,係利用高效液相層析儀(HPLC)分析技術分析多巴胺D2受體SPECT造影劑[123I]依匹必利與其前驅物Sn-依匹必利含量的分析方法;另本發明也提供一種高效液相層析串聯質譜儀(LC-MS/MS)多重反應監測(MRM)分析技術,測定多巴胺D2受體單光子放射電腦斷層造影儀(SPECT)造影劑[123I]依匹必利與其前驅物Sn-依匹必利含量的方法。
