The device has a dosing device (1) with a set of replaceable star feeders (8) arranged in a housing (2). A drive shaft is pivoted in the housing, where the housing has a lateral opening for taking out the feeders. The opening is covered by a base plate removably arranged in the housing. Each feeder has a circulating annular groove (12) provided on a side of a ring attachment (11). A storage element (3) has hook-like attachments (13) cooperating with the groove and the ring attachment, and accommodated into the groove on a side turned away from the feeders or housing.
