The harvested bonematerial is exposedto a lysing agent, the lysing agent configured to release growth factors andbioactive materialsfrom cellular material of the harvested bone material. The harvested bonematerial is thenrinsed with a rinsing agent. The pH of the harvested bone material can besubstantiallyneutralized.
