Single-cut sheets (10) are transported in a direction of rotation of a rotating body (41), using a plurality of holding pads (51) provided to the rotating body (41) in line in the direction of rotation, by rotating the rotating body (41), the single-cut sheets (10) respectively held by the plurality of holding pads (51). The single-cut sheet (10) is delivered from the holding pad (51) to the continuous sheet (20a, 24a) transported along the direction of rotation, when each holding pad (51) passes a delivery position (Qout) in the direction of rotation. The delivery position including two delivery positions (Qout1, Qout2) disposed in the direction of rotation. A pitch of the holding pads (51, 51) adjacent in the direction of rotation is changed by moving the holding pads (51) in a rotation radius direction of the rotating body (41), in an area between a first delivery position (Qout1) and a second delivery position (Qout2) downstream therefrom.
