The present disclosure relates to methods and systems for detecting abnormalities in biological tissue. A first image of the biological tissue is obtained, wherein the first image includes light of a first wavelength. A second image of the living tissue is obtained, the second image including light of a second wavelength. The texture analysis of the living tissue is performed using the spatial information of the first and second images. Texture analysis is resolved at the first and second wavelengths.
