PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponics system utilizing water obtained by decomposition of oxygen hydrate. SOLUTION: The hydroponics system 10 is provided with a hydrate tank 11 where oxygen hydrate is stored, a hydrate decomposition device 12 where the oxygen hydrate supplied from the hydrate tank 11 is decomposed to generate oxygen and water, and a culture solution tank 13 regulating culture solution using the water generated in the hydrate decomposition device 12. The oxygen hydrate is properly supplied to the hydrate decomposition device 12 from the hydrate tank 11 to be decomposed into the oxygen and the water in the hydrate decomposition device 12. A large amount of oxygen dissolves in the water because the inside of the hydrate decomposition device 12 gets to have high pressure due to decomposed oxygen. The water generated in the hydrate decomposition device 12 is supplied to the culture solution tank 13 and utilized for generation of the culture solution having a high concentration of the dissolved oxygen.
