PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of evaluating the risk of metastasis in a lymph node in which micrometastasis of a lymph node having the maximum minor diameter of 10 mm or less or a lymph node metastatic route can be identified, and a metastatic lymph node can be predictively identified in the state where metastasis has not been progressed enough to be detected as a tumor.SOLUTION: A method of evaluating the risk of metastasis in a lymph node includes: (1) a step of measuring internodal pressure of a regional lymph node of a primary lesion in a specimen； and (2) a step of evaluating that there is a risk of metastasis in a regional lymph node in the case where the internodal pressure is on the rise.
