The present invention relates to a scaffold capable of controlling drug discharge and, more specifically, to a scaffold capable of controlling drug discharge which can be easily used as surgical medical purposes by discharging drugs through loading the drugs on an outer layer and can control loaded drug discharge using the different swelling rate and the decomposition rate of an inner layer and an outer layer by having each different electrode porosity (or density) in the inner layer and the outer layer (or core-shell).본 발명은 약물 방출 조절이 가능한 스캐폴드에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 내층 및 외층(또는 코어-쉘)이 상호 다른 공극률(또는 밀도)를 갖도록 함으로써, 내층 및 외층의 서로 다른 팽창비와 분해율을 이용하여 로딩된 약물의 방출을 제어할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 외피층에도 약물을 탑재하여 약물을 방출하고 외과적 의료 용도로 용이하게 사용할 수 있는 방출 조절이 가능한 스캐폴드에 관한 기술을 제공한다.
