A new and useful box (10) for sterilising and holding surgical instruments, comprising: - a base or bottom (11) having a substantially rectangular shape defined by four sides (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d), and - four flaps (12, 13, 14, 15) each one foldable on a corresponding side (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d) of the base (11). The box of the invention allows easy and convenient closure of the box containing the surgical instruments to be sterilised, as also safe holding and conservation thereof after their sterilisation.La présente invention concerne une boîte utile et innovante (10) pour la stérilisation et le support dinstruments chirurgicaux, comprenant : - une base ou un fond (11) ayant une forme sensiblement rectangulaire définie par quatre côtés (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d), et quatre rabats (12, 13, 14, 15), chacun étant repliable sur un côté correspondant (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d) de la base (11).
