The present invention relates to a urine bag for storing urine with a backflow prevention function. The urine bag of the present invention comprises: a urine bag (10) which has a urine inlet part (102) connected to a urethral catheter (A) and a urine outlet part (103) connected to a urination tube (B), has a urine storing space (101) formed therein, and collects urine a backflow prevention part (20) which is installed between the catheter (A) and the urine inlet part (102), and prevents the urine stored in the urine bag (10) from flowing back to the catheter (A) and an outlet valve (40) which is installed on the urination tube (B), and controls a discharge of the urine stored in the urine bag (10). Therefore, urine is easily collected in the urine bag (10) through the backflow prevention part (20) which is automatically opened and closed in accordance with urination pressure. The collected urine is prevented from flowing back through the catheter (A).
