PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heating apparatus with a humidifying function that prevents the inside of a bathroom from becoming dry while suppressing a drop in temperature in the bathroom by a simple structure when heating function operation is performed.SOLUTION: A vapor heat exchanger 4 and a blower fan 5 are arranged in an apparatus body 3, a going pipe 8a which circulates a heating medium to the vapor heat exchanger 4 is connected to a pipe 40 located at the downstream side of an air conveyance path R of the vapor heat exchanger 4, and a supply pipe 10 to which water from a water supply source is supplied is connected to a humidification part 9 through a part between the pipe 40 positioned at the downstream side of the air conveyance path R and the blower fan 5.
