The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming patterns on surfaces of fruits and vegetables. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus which can be easily mounted on unripen fruits and vegetables, is not easily detached and during the growth process of unripen fruits and vegetables, wherein the mounting position does not change greatly, and can engrave predetermined patterns on the surfaces of the ripen fruits and vegetables to be clearly identified.
