PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily store and discharge a medical paste even if viscosity of the medical paste is high.
SOLUTION: The medical paste injector includes a cylinder 10 having an approximately linear inner conduit 11 opened at both ends and having an approximately fixed cross-sectional shape along the whole length in the axial direction. The cylinder 10 has an openable/closable opening/closing structure 16 divided by dividing planes 14a and 14b along the axial direction in at least part in the axial direction. At least one of the dividing planes 14a and 14b has grooves 15a and 15b constituting part of the inner conduit 11.
