PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a retrieval result of an electronic document for medical care record to a user in a more recognizable manner than in a case where the invention is not applied.SOLUTION: An association degree calculation unit 18 retrieves medical care record documents of a patient specified by a user (such as a doctor), which are associated with a specified reference document, from a medical care record document DB 16. A document management unit 14 groups the retrieved documents by medical care occasions, such as a document used for endoscopy and a document used for surgery, according to group definition information in a group definition DB 22. Then, a retrieval result screen on which icons corresponding to respective groups are arranged on positions corresponding to the respective groups on a schemer diagram showing a human body is created and provided to a user.【課題】診療記録のための電子文書の検索結果を、本発明を用いない場合よりも、より識別しやすい形でユーザに提示する。【解決手段】関連度算出部１８は、ユーザ（医師等）が指定した患者の、指定した基準文書に関連する診療記録文書を診療記録文書ＤＢ１６から検索する。文書管理部１４は、グループ定義ＤＢ１６のグループ定義情報に従って、検索された文書を、例えば内視鏡検査時に用いた文書、手術時に用いた文書などのように、診療機会ごとにグループ分けする。そして、各グループに対応するアイコンを、人体を表すシェーマ図上のそれら各グループに対応する部位に配置した検索結果画面を作成し、ユーザに提供する。【選択図】図１
