PURPOSE: A tablet crushing apparatus is provided to enhance efficiency and safety and to prevent scattering and mixture of crushed drugs. CONSTITUTION: A tablet crushing apparatus comprises: a crushing body with an inlet for supplying a tablet to be crushed at the upper portion of one side, and an outlet for discharging crushed drug at the lower portion of the other side； a crushing device(104) which is mounted in the crushing body and crushes the tablet into the crushed drug； a pouch which prevents scattering of the crushed drug； an input tray which stably supplies the pouch containing the tablet； and a sensor which senses the pouch and operates the crushing device.본 발명은 파우치를 이용하여 정제를 가루약으로 분쇄하게 되므로 다른 약제가 혼합되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 약제에 의하여 분쇄장치가 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있어 정제의 분쇄를 편리하게 수행할 수 있도록 한 정제 분쇄장치에 관한 것으로서,일측 상부에 분쇄하고자 하는 정제를 공급할 수 있는 투입구와 타측 하부에 분쇄된 가루약을 배출하기 위한 배출구를 가지고 구비되는 분쇄바디와, 상기 분쇄바디의 내부에 설치하여 정제를 가루약으로 분쇄하기 위한 분쇄수단과, 정제가 가루약으로 분쇄되는 과정에서 정제가 분쇄되면서 분쇄장치로 비산 되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 약제를 수용하는 파우치로 구성하고, 상기 투입구에는 분쇄하고자 하는 정제를 수용한 파우치를 안정되게 공급할 수 있도록 구비하는 투입트레이와, 상기 투입트레이에 구비하여 파우치를 감지하여 분쇄수단을 작동시키는 감지센서를 포함하고, 상기 배출구에는 분쇄된 가루약을 수용한 상태로 배출되는 파우치를 안정된 상태로 유지하기 위한 배출트레이와, 상기 배출트레이의 전방 또는 양측에 형성하여 배출된 파우치를 용이하게 잡을 수 있게 하는 요입된 형상의 인출홈을 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
