La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'émanation d'au moins un composé actif dans l'air atmosphérique, le dispositif comprenant : - un récipient doté d'au moins une ouverture, - une composition liquide contenue dans le récipient, et - au moins un moyen de transport, au contact de la composition présente dans le récipient, et ayant une partie diffusante à l'air libre, ce moyen de transport étant apte à diffuser la composition dans l'atmosphère, ladite composition comprenant au moins deux phases distinctes non miscibles entre elles, la première phase étant une phase hydrophobe volatile et liquide à température ambiante et pression atmosphérique et la seconde phase étant une phase hydrophile volatile et liquide à température ambiante et pression atmosphérique, au moins l'une des première et/ou seconde phase(s) comprenant en outre au moins un composé actif choisi parmi un parfum, un liquide à principe actif, et leurs mélanges.
