The present invention relates to a method for preparing a patch for transdermal administration of a volatile drug or a drug that is weak to heat and a transdermal patch thereof. More specifically, a composition comprising a volatile drug or a drug that is sensitive to heat is coated on only the central region of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and peeled thereon.
