PURPOSE: A sustained release formulation of eperisone and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve administration convenience and drug compliance.CONSTITUTION: A sustained release tablet contains 30-50 wt% of eperisone or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, 30-50 wt% of polyvinyl acetate, 2-10 wt% of vinyl pyrrolidone-vinyl acetate copolymer, and 5-15 wt% of hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose. The sustained release tablet contains eperisone hydrochloride. A method for manufacturing the sustained release tablet comprises: a step of mixing the ingredients and a step of directly tableting the mixture.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 에페리손 서방형 제제의 약제 조성물과 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 활성 성분으로 에페리손 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 사용하고 용출 조절 물질로서 특정 친수성 고분자의 조합을 특정 함량비로 사용하여 1일 1회 복용으로 충분한 치료 효과를 나타내도록 하여 환자의 복약 편의성 및 복약 순응도를 향상시키고 제조방법으로서는 기존 정제의 제조 방법인 습식 과립 및 당의코팅에 의한 방법이 아닌 직타 및 필름코팅의 방법에 의해 제조 공정을 단축시킴으로서 제조 단가 및 제조 시 롯트별 편차를 줄이고 약물 방출 조절에 의한 복용의 편리성을 제공한다.
