PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic imaging device capable of automatically performing adjustment of a fixation position accompanying a change in field angle.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic imaging device includes a scanning system, a detection system, an image forming part, a size changing part, and a control part. The scanning system scans the ocular fundus with light according to a predetermined scanning pattern. The detection system detects return light from the ocular fundus. The image forming part forms an image according to the scanning pattern, based on data acquired by the detection system. The size changing part changes the size of a scanning range by the scanning system. The control part controls the scanning system so as to project fixation light for projecting a fixation index to the ocular fundus onto the ocular fundus. After the size of the scanning range is changed by the size changing part, the control part controls the scanning system so as to project a second fixation index at the same position as a first fixation index projected onto the ocular fundus before the change of the size.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】画角の変更に伴う固視位置の調整を自動で行える眼科撮影装置を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態に係る眼科撮影装置は、走査系と、検出系と、画像形成部と、サイズ変更部と、制御部とを備える。走査系は、予め設定された走査パターンに応じて眼底を光で走査する。検出系は、眼底からの戻り光を検出する。画像形成部は、検出系により取得されたデータに基づいて上記走査パターンに応じた画像を形成する。サイズ変更部は、走査系による走査範囲のサイズを変更する。制御部は、眼底に固視標を投影するための固視光を眼底に投射するように走査系を制御する。サイズ変更部により走査範囲のサイズが変更された後、制御部は、当該サイズの変更前に眼底に投影された第１固視標と同じ位置に第２固視標を投影するように走査系を制御する。【選択図】図４
