PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measurement device in which a guide needle and a sensor are maintained sterilized.SOLUTION: A biological information measurement device 1 comprises: a body case 6 having an upper surface opening 5； a cup 8 freely removably mounted to an outer bottom surface 7a of the body case 6； a guide needle 10 inserted in the cup 8 through a bottom 7 of the body case 6； a sensor 4 included in the guide needle 10； and a lid body 21 mounted to the upper surface opening 5. The guide needle 10 has a needle hub 11 in its center, and the needle hub 11 is configured to be non-rotatable with respect to the body case 6.
