PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid food and drink composition excellent both in foamability and foam retaining ability, causing no dissipation of the foam even in contact with oil, without lowering of the foamability and foam retaining ability after long-term storage.SOLUTION: The liquid food and drink composition includes an organic acid-containing liquid food and drink product with a mixture of: (A) soybean polysaccharides and (B) gelatin, collagen peptide, or gums.
