An apparatus for analyzing changes in symptoms of a patient is described. The apparatus includes a display for displaying a stimulus to a patient； an audio/video capture device for capturing audio, video, or both audio and video of a patient performing an action in response to a stimulus presented to the patient； a computer vision processing system for determining, in accordance with the captured audio/video, one or more reactions of the patient to the presented stimulus, and wherein the computer vision processing system causes the display to display additional information to the patient in response to the determined one or more reactions, causes the audio/video capture device to capture audio, video, or both audio and video of a patient performing an action in response to the displayed additional stimulus presented to the patient in accordance with the captured audio/video, and causes the computer vision processing system to determine one or more reactions of the patient to the presented additional stimulus； a storage device for storing and indexing the determined reactions of the patient with one or more demographic categories to which the patient is classified； a second processor configured to identify a correlation between one or more of the determined stored reactions and one or more of the demographic items； and a data output device for presenting the determined correlation.
