PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for heat transpiration, which inhibits the reaction or decomposition of at least one active ingredient contained in a heat transpiration agent before use and an organic foaming agent, so that the degree of freedom for selecting the type of heat transpiration agent can be increased with excellent stability before use.SOLUTION: A heat transpiration device includes a housing part 30 for housing a heat transpiration agent 27 which contains at least one active ingredient and an organic foaming agent. By heating the heat transpiration agent 27, the active ingredient is volatilized.
