The proposed invention is related to medicine, in particular to haemostatic and wound healing medicines, and can be used to stop bleeding of various levels of severity, inter alia, venous bleeding, as well as for healing wounds and cuts sustained as a result of mechanical action on the epidermal and muscle tissue layers. To this end a haemostatic medicine comprising an active gelling component based on chitosan and/or a derivative thereof is used, characterized in that the medicine comprises chitosan, salts thereof and/or derivatives thereof in the form of a gel having a three-dimensional cross-linked structure as a polymeric matrix with natural thrombosis components in the form of organic calcium compounds arranged thereon, an organic acid and water, the components being present in a certain ratio. The technical result of the use of the invention is the quicker stoppage of bleeding of various levels of severity and the creation of an antibacterial effect.L'invention concerne le domaine de la médecine et notamment des produits hémostatiques et cicatrisants et peut s'utiliser pour arrêter des hémorragies à degré de gravité variable, y compris les hémorragies veineuses, ainsi que pour cicatriser les blessures ou les coupures provoquées par une action mécanique sur les tissus d'épiderme ou les muscles. A cet effet, on utilise un produit hémostatique contenant un gélifiant actif à base de chitosan et/ou de ses dérivés qui se distingue en ce qu'il comprend du chitosan, ses sels et/ou ses dérivés sous forme de gel ayant une structure tridimensionnelle réticulée en forme de matrice polymère sur laquelle se trouvent des composants coordonnées de formation naturelle de thrombus sous forme de composés organiques de calcium, un acide organique et de l'eau, avec un rapport déterminé des composants.
