The present invention relates to a crystal form of an anticancer compound (R)-3-[1-(2,6-dichloro-3-fluorophenyl) ethoxy]-5-[3-fluorophenyl-1-dimethyl phosphonooxy-4-yl] pyridine-2-amine and preparation method thereof, the structural formula thereof being represented by formula I.
