The angiotensin II receptor blocker is selected from the group consisting of olmesartan or a salt thereof, olmesartan medoxomil or a salt thereof, telmisartan or a salt thereof, losartan or a salt thereof, and valsartan or a salt thereof. Hyperlipidemia is hypertriglyceridemia or hypertriglyceridemia-related disease such as atherosclerosis or pancreatitis.본 발명은 (4S,5R)-5-[3,5-비스(트리플루오로메틸)페닐]-3-({2-[4-플루오로-2-메톡시-5-(프로판-2-일)페닐]-5-(트리플루오로메틸)페닐}메틸)-4-메틸-1,3-옥사졸리딘-2-온 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염； 및 안지오텐신 II 수용체 차단제를 유효성분으로 포함하는, 고지혈증의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물을 제공한다.
