The present invention relates to a neovascular targeting contrast agent composition and a method for producing the same, the neovascular targeting contrast agent composition according to the present invention exhibits a high binding force, excellent tissue permeability and bio stability to α v β 3 integrin associated with neovascularization, It can be easily measured in vitro, in vivo or ex vivo, and is effective for detecting neovascularization and related diseases, and thus can be usefully used in related industries.본 발명은 신생혈관 표적용 조영제 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 신생혈관 표적용 조영제 조성물은 신생 혈관과 관련된 αvβ3인테그린에 높은 결합력, 우수한 조직 침투성 및 생체 안정성을 나타내고, in vitro, in vivo 또는 ex vivo 상에서 간단하게 측정 가능하여, 신생 혈관 검출 및 이와 관련된 질환 진단에 효과적이므로, 관련 산업에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
