The present invention relates to an intra-articular injection composition for the treatment or symptomatic improvement of arthritic disease comprising a hydrogel of hyaluronic acid cross-linked with alkylene diamine. The composition according to the present invention shows good biocompatibility, long-lasting analgesic effect at the joint by single injection due to excellent in vivo persistence, cartilage-protecting effect and suppressive effect on synovitis. As a result, the composition according to the present invention can be efficiently used as a therapeutic injection agent for arthritis.本發明係關於用於關節性疾病之治療或癥狀性改良的關節內注射劑組成物，其係包含與伸烷基二胺交聯之玻尿酸水凝膠。根據本發明之組成物係顯示良好之生物相容性、由於優異之體內滯留而藉由一次注射達成之長期的關節鎮痛效果、軟骨保護效果及對於滑膜炎之抑制效果。結果，根據本發明之組成物可有效地用作關節炎之治療性注射劑。
