The present invention provides bispecific molecule comprising: (i) a first antigen binding portion which specifically targets the synovial microvasculature of arthritis patients and which binds to the same epitope as an antigen binding polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence shown as SEQ ID No 11 and (ii) a second antigen binding portion which binds tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α). The present invention also relates to the use of such bispecific molecules in the prevention and/or treatment of arthritis.Linvention concerne une molécule bispécifique comprenant: (i) une première partie de liaison dantigène qui cible spécifiquement le système vasculaire synovial de patients souffrant darthrite et qui se lie au même épitope quun polypeptide de liaison dantigène comprenant la séquence dacide aminé représentée par SEQ ID No 11 et (ii) une seconde partie de liaison dantigène qui se lie au facteur de nécrose tumorale alpha (TNF-α).
