PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for improving cognitive impairment containing reishi extract powder and reishi charcoal powder.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a composition that is used for improving cognitive impairment and is capsulated. The composition contains reishi extract powder, beer yeast, mackerel extract, and charred reishi charcoal powder containing germanium, selenium, silicon.
