PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral disintegrating sheet-shaped pharmaceutical preparation which has sufficient strength even if containing no calcium silicate and which has excellent disintegration properties.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a production method of an oral disintegrating sheet-shaped pharmaceutical preparation with a thickness of less than 5 mm which is obtained by compression molding, wherein the intraorally disintegrating time is preferably 20 seconds or less and the sheet strength is 0.04 N or more. Preferably, the oral disintegrating sheet-shaped pharmaceutical preparation contains one or more ingredients selected from crospovidone, croscarmellose sodium, low substituted hydroxypropylcellulose and carboxy methyl starch, as a disintegrant, and one or more ingredients selected from D-mannitol, lactose, trehalose, cellulose, xylitol and calcium phosphate, as an excipient.SELECTED DRAWING: None
