The present invention aims to stabilize the knee joint by relaxing the thigh muscle group for making the knee arthropathy developed due to muscular atrophy and consolidation due to aging into a normal knee joint physiologically fixed state. A knee joint physiological fixation device capable of restoring muscle strength is provided. The muscle portion based on ecological homeostasis homeostasis is introduced as a control theory, and the elastic leg of the present invention stretches the lower leg and relaxes the thigh muscle group. If there is no exercise and momentum, the lower leg of 4 kg will be less than 2 kg of weight about 1/2 at an extension angle of 45 degrees.
