The present invention refers to a electrocardiograph device for the ECG monitoring of 12 leads with Bluetooth for communication with mobiles and a monitoring and communication process, which is intended to provide a specialized diagnosis to family clinics, health units and hospitals, at a low cost with Bluetooth connectivity for transferring the information of the patients in a real time to the specialists and quickly treating the cardiovascular disease and therefore reducing the costs associated to a late treatment. The electrocardiograph device comprises: a) an impedance coupling and protection circuit, which is intended to protect the user from discharges resulting from the device b) a driven-right-leg circuit intended to create a floating ground in the body of the patient, which is useful as a reference and will eliminate possible interferences of radiofrequency waves external to the patient such as those resulting from the electric wires c) a circuit of the Wilson central termi nal for obtaining a central reference for acquiring the average of the potentials in the limbs d) a selector switch for selecting the measurements of the 12-lead ECG in threes e) an impedance coupling circuit and a passive high pass filter f) a differentiator and amplifier circuit g) a circuit for filtrating and conditioning the signal for the digital conversion h) an analogue and digital converter and signal encryption i) a Bluetooth communication module and j) electrodes.La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo electrocardiógrafo para el monitoreo de ECG de 12 derivaciones provisto con bluetooth para comunicación con móviles y el proceso de monitoreo y comunicación, para proporcionar un diagnostico especializado a clínicas familiares, unidades de salud y hospitales, de bajo costo, con conectividad bluetooth para hacer llegar la información de los pacientes en tiempo real a los especialistas en las clínicas, el diagnostico temprano para prevenir y tratar rápidamente la enfermed
