The present invention describes a polyamide textile fiber comprising conjugated nanoparticles homogeneously dispersed in the fiber, selected from polyethylene glycol-conjugated platinum nanoparticles, hyaluronic acid-conjugated gold nanoparticles and mixtures thereof.
