PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening panel including panels and a water path set up below the panels. SOLUTION: The greening panel is structured as follows: a water supply device installed below the panels has an inclination at a degree to flow water and is covered along V-shaped grooves and the tops of the V-shaped grooves; and a water supply pipe is set up along the upper part of a U-shaped soil receiver.
