The present invention relates to a dehumidifying dryer using cool and hot air which can alternately perform cool air drying, hot air drying, or cool/hot air drying in accordance with the type of an object to be dried, and be used as low temperature storage when needed without being limited to dryer use. A cart with an object to be dried positioned on a tray enters a chamber to dry water lower the water content of the object to be dried by driving a heater and a dehumidifier. The chamber includes a drying space where the cart with the loaded tray enters to be dried, a rear space is formed by a partition behind the drying space, and an upper space is formed by a ceiling wall above the drying space. A circulation fan is installed between the drying space and the rear space to circulate dry air. An upper portion of the rear space and the rear of the upper space are connected. A front of the upper space and an upper portion of a front of the drying space are connected. A variable damper is installed to adjust the direction of air supplied from the upper space to the drying space. A dehumidifying unit including a dehumidifying coil, a condensing coil, a blower, and an auxiliary heater are installed in the upper space. The dehumidifying unit and outdoor unit are connected by a refrigerant line.본 발명은 피건조물의 종류에 따라서 냉풍건조나 온풍건조 또는 냉/온풍건조를 교대로 수행할 수 있으며, 건조기 용도로만 한정사용하지 않고 필요시 저온저장고로 사용할 수 있는 냉온풍 제습 건조기에 관한 것으로, 채반 위에 피건조물을 안치한 대차가 챔버에 입고되어 히터와 팬 및 제습기의 구동에 의해 피건조물의 수분을 건조시키는 것으로, 상기 챔버는 채반이 실린 대차가 입고되어 건조되는 건조공간과, 상기 건조공간의 후방에 격벽으로 형성되는 후방공간 및 상기 건조공간의 상부에 천장벽으로 형성되는 상부공간으로 이루어지고 상기 건조공간과 후방공간 사이는 건조공기의 순환을 위한 순환팬이 설치되며, 상기 후방공간의 상부와 상부공간의 후방 사이는 연통되고, 상기 상부공간의 전방과 건조공간의 전방 상부는 연통되되 상부공간에서 건조공간으로 공급되는 공기의 방향을 조절하기 위한 가변댐퍼가 설치되며, 상기 상부공간에는 제습코일과 응축코일 및 송풍기와 보조히터로 이루어진 제습 유니트가 설치되며, 상기 제습 유니트는 실외기와 냉매라인으로 연결된다.
