The present invention relates to a crystalline form of a sulfamide compound, specifically ( S ) -N -(( S ) -1- (2-chlorophenyl) -2-((3,3-difluorocyclobutyl) amino ) -2-oxo-ethyl) -2- (4-cyano-pyridin-2-yl) - N - (3-fluorophenyl) - iso thiazolidine-3-carboxamide 1,1-dioxide [(S) - N - ((S) -1- (2-chlorophenyl) -2 - ((3,3-difluorocyclobutyl) amino) -2-oxoethyl) -2- (4-cyanopyridin-2-yl) - N - ( 3-fluorophenyl) -isothiazolidine-3-carboxamide 1,1-dioxide], its preparation method, crystalline composition, pharmaceutical composition and use thereof. The powder X-ray diffraction spectrum for the crystalline hydrate of formula II according to the present invention showed diffraction peaks of 2θ at positions of about 14.40 °, 20.28 °, 20.94 °, 22.02 ° and 24.46 °.
