Disclosed is a two-stage moxibustion device. The device in the present invention includes an upper body which is open at the top to store moxibustion materials and has a penetration hole on the lower center through which a needle passes； and a lower body which has a side wall of a predetermined height to have the bottom open and a penetration hole on the upper center through which a needle passes. The upper and lower bodies are stacked so that the penetration hole of the upper body is aligned with the penetration hole of the lower body.
