PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always capture contrast tomographic images with optimum contrast using a radiation tomographic apparatus.SOLUTION: Provided is a radiation tomographic apparatus which comprises: an imaging unit and a control unit for controlling the imaging unit. The control unit comprises: a first setting unit for setting first to Nth observation positions (N≥2) along the body axial direction of a subject along the direction of scanning a first control unit for controlling the imaging unit so as to alternately perform the determination of arrival time of a contrast agent at each observation position of the subject by monitor-scanning at the observation position after preliminary injection of the contrast agent into the subject, and the changing of the monitor-scanning position to the next observation position in response to the arrival of the contrast agent at the observation position, until the arrival of the contrast agent is determined at each of the observation positions and a determination unit for determining the conditions of an examination scan in the imaging range of the subject after injection of the contrast agent into the subject, on the basis of the arrival time of the contrast agent at each observation position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】放射線断層撮影装置により常に最適なコントラストでの造影撮影を行う。【解決手段】撮影部と、当該撮影部を制御する制御部とを備えており、前記制御部は、前記被検体の体軸方向に第1~第Nの観測位置(N≧2)をスキャン進行方向に沿って設定する第1の設定部と、前記被検体への前記造影剤の予備的な注入の後に、前記被検体の前記観測位置でのモニタリングスキャンを行って当該観測位置での前記造影剤の到達時間を特定することと、当該観測位置での前記造影剤の到達に応答してモニタリングスキャン位置を隣の観測位置に変更することとを、各観測位置での前記造影剤の到達時間が特定されるまで交互に行うよう、前記撮影部を制御する第1の制御部と、各観測位置での前記造影剤の到達時間に基づいて、前記被検体への前記造影剤の注入後に前記被検体の撮影範囲に対する本スキャンの条件を決定する決定部と、を有する放射線断層撮影装置を提供する。【選択図】図5
