PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary harrow tool with at least one plate which has at its lower end portion a working portion designed for being engaged and displaced in the soil, and which constitutes at least a front edge and at least an active elongated face of the working portion.SOLUTION: The rotary harrow tool includes an upper plate (5) which has a rounded inner corner (10) in an upper section situated opposite the free or lower end (3) of the second part (2). Each of plates (5, 5) has a substantially plane structure, when viewed in section perpendicular to the edge portion (6) and to the active face.
