PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage ball including a plurality of projections on the surface of a spherical body, including a weight thereinside, and applying massage to an acupressure point and a muscle.SOLUTION: This massage ball includes the body 11 and the weight 13. The body 11 has a sphere-like shape formed with a hollow part in the center, and the plurality of projections 12 are distributed on the outer surface 111. The total number of the projections 12 is 24-30, the interval between the top ends of optional two projections 12 adjacent to each other is 15-20 mm, and the perpendicular distance from the top end of the projection 12 to the outer surface 111 is 5-15 mm. The weight 13 is positioned in the hollow part of the center of the body 11, and increases the whole weight.
