PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible sheet in which meltability in a mouth is excellent and deglutition is facilitated, and which, when a drug or a food having an unpleasant taste is taken, can suppress the unpleasant taste and does not give an unpleasant feeling that the inside of the oral cavity is sticky, and an edible sheet-joined body, and to provide a drug package in which bitterness of basic drug is suppressed, the meltability in the mouth is excellent, and deglutition is facilitated.SOLUTION: The edible sheet is formed of a material comprising: a masking agent (A) including a basic group-containing compound (a1) and an anionic polymer (a2) water-soluble fine particles (B) and a nonionic water-soluble polymer (C), and in which the water-soluble fine particles (B) are present in a dispersed state in the inside. The edible sheet-joined body is obtained by working the edible sheet into a bag shape.
