The invention relates to the use of an L-DNA which is capable of binding to an L-RNA, in particular in an antisense reaction, and optionally of cleaving the L-RNA in the range of a target sequence of the L-RNA, for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of undesired physiological side reactions due to the administration of a therapeutic molecule containing the L-RNA.
