The present invention relates to a catheter performing a function of aligning a tool in a working channel, comprising: an insertion unit including a working channel configured to insert a tool into a body； a gripping unit connected to one side of the insertion unit to be gripped； a direction control wire having one end fixed to the one side of the insertion unit and disposed on the inside of the insertion unit； a steering lever connected to the other end of the direction control wire and configured to pull the direction control wire by rotating on the inside of the gripping unit by a predetermined angle； and an alignment unit connected to one side of the steering lever and configured to move a tool backward according to a rotation angle of the steering lever.
