Provided is a hair cosmetic exerting an effect of preventing the damage caused by ultraviolet light and being excellent in terms of usability which is obtained by establishing a technique for adding a hardly soluble ultraviolet light absorbing agent in a stable state to a composition and applying the technique to a hair cosmetic.
