The drainage plate assembly comprises: a drainage plate including a base having a rectangular plate shape having a predetermined thickness； a plurality of water storage units having a cup shape formed to protrude from a lower side of the base and having a space in which permeate water can be stored, and a connection unit formed to be extended outward along an edge of the base at the same thickness as the base and having a circular connection groove having one side opened and formed at a center point of a side surface thereof； and a connection member having a pair of connection rods formed to have a diameter slidably insertable into the connection groove by a resin material or a plastic material, and a first connection sheet positioned between the pair of connection rods with a flexible resin material and integrally formed with the connection rods.
