PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamy skin lotion capable of giving an excellent moist feeling without stickiness of the skin after the application, filling a non gas former container capable of spraying it in a foam state, having an excellent foam quality without being spilled out of the hand and a function capable of eliminating foams moderately after the application to the skin, forming an excellent form and rarely clogging a pump even under low temperature.SOLUTION: The foamy skin lotion is obtained by filling a non gas former container with a liquid composition which contains the following (A)-(C): (A) alkylpolyglucoside, (B) nonionic surface active agent having a HLB value of 12-15 and (C) polyhydric alcohol, with the total amount of (A) and (B) being 0.3-1 mass%.
