PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a mammary glandular dose reflecting a three-dimensional distribution of the mammary gland in the mamma.SOLUTION: The mammography apparatus 1 includes: an image pickup section 3 for capturing the image of the mamma of a subject through X-rays an image generation section 23 for generating data of an image based on an output of an image pickup section 3 a mamma region extraction section 27 for extracting the mamma region from the generated image a mammary gland content rate calculation section 29 for calculating a mammary gland content rate based on imaging conditions and a pixel value for every pixel of the extracted mamma region an AGD (Average Glandular Dose) calculation section 31 for calculating an AGD based on a skin surface dose, a conversion coefficient under the mammary gland content rate of 50%, a correction coefficient for every pixel to a deviation from the mammary gland content rate 50%, and a coefficient to materials of a positive electrode and of a quality filter for every pixel in the mamma region and an average value calculation section 33 for calculating each AGD-weighted average value defining each calculated mammary gland content rate as weight.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】乳房内における乳腺の3次元的な分布を反映した乳腺線量を計算することが可能となる。【解決手段】マンモグラフィ装置1は、被検体の乳房をX線で撮影する撮影部3と、撮影部3の出力に基づいて画像のデータを発生する画像発生部23と、発生された画像から乳房領域を抽出する乳房領域抽出部27と、抽出された乳房領域の画素毎に撮影条件と画素値とに基づいて乳腺含有率を計算する乳腺含有率計算部29と、乳房領域の画素毎に、皮膚表面線量と乳腺含有率50%での変換係数と乳腺含有率50%からのずれに対する画素毎の補正係数と陽極及び線質フィルタの材質に対する補正係数とに基づいてAGDを計算するAGD計算部31と、計算された各乳腺含有率を重みとした、各AGDの重みつき平均値を計算する平均値計算部33と、を具備する。【選択図】 図1
