The end cover unit (300) is formed of an intake channel (301) and a discharge channel (303) therein and separated from each other. The end cover unit (300) is formed of an intake opening (302) inside the tubular unit (100) and connected to the intake channel (301). The end cover unit (300) is formed of a plurality of discharge openings (304) inside the tubular unit (100) and connected to the discharge channel (303). The intake channel (301) and the discharge channel (303) are connected to the electrical connector (200) via guide tubes (303) respectively, and the guide tubes (330) are installed inside the tubular unit (100).
